We’re happy to share that BTRY will be exhibiting at The Things Conference 2026 in Amsterdam on 22 and 23 September. You can find us at Booth S45.

The Things Conference brings together companies and experts working across IoT, wireless connectivity, embedded systems, and low-power technologies. For BTRY, it is a great opportunity to meet partners, customers, and device makers developing the next generation of connected products.

At the conference, we will be showing how our ultra-thin solid-state batteries can support wireless IoT applications where conventional energy storage reaches its limits, from BLE asset tracking to sensors operating in high-temperature industrial environments.

We are also pleased to share that our CEO and Co-Founder, Dr. Moritz Futscher, will be speaking at the event:

“From passive to connected: why IoT devices need a battery that survives the real world”

In his talk, Moritz will look at the shift from passive tracking to connected devices that actively transmit and report data. Using BLE trackers in logistics and wireless sensors in high-temperature industrial environments as examples, he will discuss the battery challenges behind these applications and how thin-film solid-state technology can help address them.

If you’ll be at The Things Conference, we’d be very happy to meet you at Booth S45 and exchange ideas.
